I am soo oddly interested in what other toddlers eat. For breakfast and dinner Chloe eats whatever I eat but for lunch I try to tailor it more towards her. In this photo I have apples and peanut butter, cheese, yellow peppers and hummus, and some whole grain chips. Sometimes I give her whole grain quesadillas and hide spinach in it and other times I'll make Annie's mac and cheese with peas or zucchini. It's fun but hard coming up with ideas especially for a babe that's not the greatest eater. I need more inspiration.
Dev had MLK day off and the sun came out. We took a stroller ride and later in the day went for a walk. It's amazing to see how much Chloe can walk now.
I'm biased but she has such a fun personality.
Being her momma is the best job!
Andddd forget shopping with this girl. She runs wild now that she knows she can walk everywhere. We were at the mall and she grabbed her shopping bag and bolted. If I am alone with her I have to have a plan of exactly what and where I need to go, get it, and peace out of there or else I'm doomed...even then I'm usually still doomed.

  3. Well maybe it's just my kids but if she is eating hummus and whole wheat and peppers then you are worlds better than us lol but age makes them go through phases...currently our lunches are typically dino nuggets, or Mac and cheese with no veggies lol and crustless white bread pb and jelly lol my creativity has more bounds with 2 kids and toddlers are VERY opinionated. Your little one is a doll. Hope all is well for you!

  4. Ha ha! I love this! I can't totally relate to the whole shopping thing. Miles is so bad now, that once in a while he just starts running laps up and down the aisles of the grocery store, and I have to leave jada in the cart to go chase him. It's so hard. I prefer staying home now:) you must have a great eater! Jada never eats. She lives off milk. Miles has recently turned into a really good eater. Oh! But they love oatmeal! They both eat a big bowl almost every morning. Chloe is so cute! Hopefully we'll see you guys soon!
