I feel like it's hard for some people to really understand my roll as a stay at home mother. I have gone back and forth about what it would be like to go back to work. Not because I have to but because maybe I want to. For me, coming to embrace and have pride in creating a lovely life at home for my little family has been very fulfilling. I still miss work at times and there are occasional rough days. Maybe one day I will pick back up on my career, but for now I couldn't be happier in my new roll-- as mother.

  3. I love these pictures of you and your baby! so cute! I'd have to agree, the more I stay at home the more I like it. It's always tempting to run away to work, but I just don't think it is worth it! I always feel guilty leaving my kids behind. You really are one lucky duck to stay home! :) only wish we lived closer so we could hang out more during the day!

  5. Enjoy it! I too left my career to stay at home, as much as I miss the adult interaction, I'd miss my babies a lot more. Plus no one can care for them the way their mama can! :) just found your blog. Your daughter is adorable!
