I always love finding yummy quick HEALTHY snacks especially now that I have Chloe.
 I made these last night and ate a few after I worked out this morning. They are easy to make and super yummy.
  • 1 C oatmeal
  • 1 C coconut flakes
  • 1/2 C chocolate chips
  • 1/2  C peanut butter (my fav is from Trader Joe's)
  • 1/2 C ground flax seed (can find at any store in health food section)
  • 1/3 C honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
Mix all together and store in fridge for 30 min. Then roll into balls. 

Next time I'm going to add sunflower seeds and dried cranberries instead of the chocolate!

  3. I just made these and they are so yummy! Miles loves them too .... Good alternative to super junky food! We did 1/2 chocolate and 1/2 raisins (just what we had in the cupboard) but I love your idea to use sunflower seeds and dried cranberries!
