I always love finding yummy quick HEALTHY snacks especially now that I have Chloe.
I made these last night and ate a few after I worked out this morning. They are easy to make and super yummy.
- 1 C oatmeal
- 1 C coconut flakes
- 1/2 C chocolate chips
- 1/2 C peanut butter (my fav is from Trader Joe's)
- 1/2 C ground flax seed (can find at any store in health food section)
- 1/3 C honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Mix all together and store in fridge for 30 min. Then roll into balls.
Next time I'm going to add sunflower seeds and dried cranberries instead of the chocolate!
