sweet but healthy

I came across a yummy treat on a blog the other day and had to make it. I love it because it is healthy yet sweet and perfect for the fall. 

Ingredients:
1/4 c. water
apple chopped in squares
tea. cinnamon
raisins (optional)

Over the stove place the 1/4 c of water with the chopped apples and cover. (around 5 min. ) As it simmers add the cinnamon  and raisins and stir and cover again. (for around 5 more min.)
 Done!
She gave the suggestion to eat it hot straight off the stove or even on top of oat meal. It is even yummier then it looks. Try it!
