  • Make Quinoa like normal. 
  • Over olive oil fry desired veggies. I just used what I had (corn, peas, mushrooms, onions carrots)
  • Add a few dashes of ginger to the veggies
  • In a separate pan scramble 2 eggs
  • Combine Quinoa, veggies, and scrambled eggs
  • Add a little soy sauce or Teriyaki sauce for extra flavor 

This is a healthy version of fried rice. So yummy and easy to make!
