It is rather difficult getting back into a good workout routine with baby girl. I have found a few really good Youtube videos that I have been doing in our living room. Not exactly ideal, especially since we have a great gym at our complex but for now it will do. I made a smoothie for us after we finished one of the videos last night.

Post Workout Smoothie
  • handful of spinach 
  • 2 big scoops of plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 handfuls of frozen berries 
  • 1/2 C orange juice
  • 1/4 C milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder (if you have some)

  1. When Ethan was still small enough we would go down to the workout facility at our apartment complex and take him with us in his bouncy chair with a couple toys and sit him next to us! It was great, until he outgrew that...still trying to find a routine since then lol good luck to you!
