Tonight for dinner was salmon and brown rice. I love this recipe for salmon that I got from my dad.

  • Lightly pour olive oil all over the salmon
  • Generously sprinkle Paprika all over the salmon
  • Sprinkle basil on top of that as desired
  • Generously sprinkle Parmesan cheese all over the top of the salmon  
  • Add a few thin slices of butter right on top (which will melt later) 
Then fire up the grill on HIGH...on high is key and keep on for about 8 min.

Yum!
