trip to utah

Before school starts this Tuesday, Dev and I decided to go on a little trip to Utah to refresh ourselves. We went with my mom and little sister Emma and we stayed at my Aunt Julie's house in Bluffdale. My cousin's have a lot of horses and Devin and Emma ride every time we visit.

I rode for a while too but forgot the camera then.

We also made home-made granola with my aunt who found an awesome recipe from a blog. (this is in the making)

Final product with some yogurt and strawberries. SO good. We even took some home with us.

We heard there was an Anne Frank exhibit at the SLC library. I have loved and have been fascinated by Anne Frank since I was a little girl. It was really fun to teach Emma about her and how amazing she was. My other sister Kate actually when to visit where Anne hid in Amsterdam. I am looking forward to the day I will be able to go too.

We did lots of other fun things I didn't photograph. We went to dinner with Devin's cousin Trey and fiance Mary who we love. We also visited temple square and took Emma to the church museum and family history building where we looked up family members. We also did a lot of shopping and a lot of eating at yummy restaurants.
